Stewart Atcheson
Stewart Atcheson is a Certified Workers' Compensation Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California and has over 15 years' experience litigating workers' compensation cases. Stewart received his Bachelor's degree from Florida Presbyterian College in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1968. Thereafter, he joined the U.S. Army and served as a Military Intelligence Officer. Following his military service, he attended the University of Florida Law School, received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1974 and was admitted to practice in the same year. Stewart headed West and was admitted to the California Bar in 1979. Prior to beginning his career in workers' compensation law, Stewart worked as a United States Postal Inspector in San Diego. Stewart has 2 grown daughters. He enjoys leisure reading, occasional traveling, golf and other sports.


David Kepler
David is a San Diego native who began his college career at San Diego State University where he studied Spanish. In 1984 he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree. Before attending law school, David worked for 11 years as a Paralegal and Hearing Representative in the workers' compensation field. David received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2001 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. David is married to Deanna and they have two children. An avid reader, David also enjoys music and coaching Little League baseball.
